Terms and Conditions for Barry Richards Exclusive Golf Tour

These Terms and Conditions form a contract between Ingrid Diesel CC (Registration No 2010/104438/23)(trading as Ingrid Diesel Consulting and Events) and you, the Client. It is important that you read and understand these conditions and that you are fully aware of what we are providing under the contract.

Ingrid Diesel CC will arrange for the provision to you of the services which form part of the Tour as confirmed to you. These services will be provided either directly by ourselves via (Ingrid Diesel and/or Barry Richards) or by independently contracted suppliers (i.e transport etc). All hotels, golf courses and other components of the Tour are provided by reputable suppliers which operate in accordance with the standards set down by their own local authorities.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

• A deposit is payable before a booking can be confirmed. All properties in South Africa require a deposit in order to confirm the booking.
• On written confirmation of your booking to us, we will issue you with an invoice for the deposit and the final balance due by 31 January 2011
• The final balance is due by 31 January 2011 (3 months prior to the tour).
• If booked inside the 3 months, the full balance is due at time of booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellation fees are charged by golf courses, hotels and other suppliers
• Booking costs are subject to change until final payment has been received
• Payment of your deposit shall be considered proof that you have read the Terms and Conditions for the Tour and that you accept them without reservation as constituting the entire agreement between yourself and Ingrid Diesel CC.

Changes in Price and Itinery:

Prices quoted for the Tour are in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of your confirmation. In the event that currency fluctuations affect the price of your Tour in any significant way, Ingrid Diesel CC reserves the right to adjust the prices as necessary at any time. Ingrid Diesel CC will inform you at the earliest possible date.

Changes to Your Holiday:

It is unlikely that we will have to make changes to the Tour arrangements, but as the arrangements are planned months in advance, we may occasionally have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Endeavours will be made to keep these as minor as possible and we will advise you of them at the earliest convenient date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements, for example, if the minimum number of clients required for the Tour is not reached, we may have to cancel it. If we have to cancel the Tour because of this reason, we will refund you any monies paid.

Force Majeure:

Ingrid Diesel CC will not pay compensation if we have to cancel or change your Tour arrangements in any way because of war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to force majeure.

Refunds:

No refund is available for cancellations after the Tour has commenced or in respect of any part of the Tour, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilized. Please note that employees of any supplier are not authorized by Ingrid Diesel CC to make any undertakings to a client in respect of refunds or other matters.

Exclusions in the Tour Price:

Airfares, airport taxes, passport and visa fees, insurance (travel and health), excess baggage charged by airlines, laundry, phone calls, beverages and meals not detailed in the itinerary, tips or gratuities, items of a personal nature, expenses, fees or costs incurred in the case of illness, or refusal of entry, detention in, or expulsion or repatriation from South Africa. Ingrid Diesel CC is not liable for any costs incurred in respect of these items.

Carriage of Golf Clubs:

When concluding your air travel arrangements, please confirm with the airline the policy in regard to golf club carriage (weight, excess baggage etc).

Golf Course Conditions:

We cannot be held responsible for the actual playing conditions of the golf courses if caused by course maintenance or weather conditions. We have requested all maintenance schedules, and we are assured that there are no major maintenance or programmes on any of the courses that are included in the Tour. However, please remember that any golf course closure due to adverse weather conditions is at the discretion of the golf course and Ingrid Diesel CC cannot be held responsible.

Behaviour:

We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a client if their conduct is disruptive and affecting the enjoyment of other clients on the Tour. We shall be under no liability for any extra costs incurred by such a person as a result of our doing so. This is a group Tour and although we would want you to enjoy every aspect of it, you must show respect for all others on the Tour.
